Kidney problems

Hi all

Some of you might know me from the other side .......LOL

Anyway. My DS1 who has Spina Bifida has repeated UTIs since he was born. Recently we discovered that his kidney function is much lower than we thought.
He only has 31% in one kidney and aprox 63% in the other.
I was wondering had anyone else any experience of this. His health is quite poor at the moment.

He won't eat for us.
