ANyone elses LO get nappy rash when teething

DS3 been teething for ages and his bum is just so sore my other guys all got nappy rash when teething but don't think its lasted this long feel so sorry for hi

Yes yes yes, my kids got it very very bad, got a great cream that our local chemist makes themselves

Yes DS2 and DD both got it, very bad. I tried bepanthen, useless so I used a thrush cream and it really helped. I also washed the area with a light antesepic and dried it well first.
