I had to take them and like you the galfer was killing me so i went to the health shop and got ones in there which where much easier on the tummy

You can get a liquid one in the chemist which isn't as harsh i had to get it when i was pg with dd galfor had me in a terrible state can't remember the name of it now but if you ask i am sure the pharmacist will know
